The Council manages three indoor facilities at:
The Council owns the Youth Club and Sports Pavilion.
The Parish Council
offices are in the Village Hall, which is
currently
leased from Knowsley
Metropolitan Borough Council.
Many public open spaces are managed by the Parish Council
although the
day-to-day maintenance is undertaken by the Borough
Council.
The public open space is regularly monitored to minimise
problems such as
fly tipping in order to keep the environment both
attractive and safe for visitors
and wildlife. The Council has leases
for the following outdoor spaces:
The above leases (of outdoor spaces) are of variable length and all run until at
least the mid point of this century! The Parish Council owns the Village Green
in Knowsley Village.
In addition to facility management, the Parish Council provides extensive funding
for play and youth activities in the areas of Knowsley Village, Stockbridge Village,
Hillside and Longview. Activities include Knowsley Youth Club, dance in
Stockbridge Village, play clubs in Knowsley Village, Hillside and Longview and
detached youth work everywhere!
The Parish Council owns two playgrounds at Mill Lane and the Recreation Ground.
A trim trail is also located at the Recreation Ground. The Parish Council also
contributed with other partner organisations to the playground in Stockbridge Village.
The Parish Council also invites local groups to apply for grants.

Concessionary use for hire of Council facilities was also extended to certain groups.
