I am delighted to welcome you to our website which provides information about both the parish and Knowsley Parish Council. Contributions to this website have been received from many sources and I would like to thank everybody for their kind help.

Central to the service delivery of the Council is the concept of quality. However, traditional definitions of “conformance to specification” or even “customer satisfaction”
are simply not good enough. Quality begins with “delighting the customer” and this
delight comes from both innovation and continual improvement.

We are constantly striving to improve our services and using the principles of Best Value, we examine our services in order to accelerate this improvement.

Hence we strive for “excellence through quality”. I firmly believe that we have both the organisational culture and management tools to deliver the Government's modernisation agenda of public services.

We remain ambitious for the future and our constancy of purpose will always ensure that we do not lose sight of our primary goal: to serve the parishioners of Knowsley.

I would like to place on record my appreciation for the strong support given to me by elected members and employees of the Council. Together, we are all working together to make our parish a better place to live, work and play.
